Cancellation Policy

Please be advised the following notice is required when cancelling an appointment:

 
* 24 hours notice required for appointments 1/2hr or less
* 48 hours notice is required for appointments 1hr or more (this includes 1/2hour appointments made consecutively for multiple family members)
  
We do understand situations arise, please endeavour to give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to circumstances out of your control.
 
A cancellation penalty fee may be incurred if insufficient notice is given.
